This is the pack we maintain and want other operators to run. It carries the playbooks from live outbound work: evidence-labelled context, a preregistered experiment, copy gates, deliverability thresholds, and a handover. Public alpha 0.2.0, MIT. Credentials stay in the environment. Nothing sends on its own.
